About Linda
Linda started her counselling career with Relate in 2004 after leaving the Financial Services Industry. At Relate she worked with individuals and couples helping them to overcome their relationship and various other problems. Linda later studied and obtained a degree in Psychosexual Therapy to help clients with their sexual problems, and today specialises in relationship and sexual problems of which she has a vast amount of experience.
In 2011 she obtained a diploma in Hypnotherapy so that she could offer clients an additional type of therapy working more with the unconscious mind. Linda has since helped many clients to quit smoking, lose weight and ressolve problems such as anxiety, stress, depression, phobias and many more.
It doesn't matter if you're married, living together, single, gay, straight or non binary, Linda is here to help you. Problems have no age limit so never feel you're too old or too young for therapy.
Unique interactive approach
Linda works with a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Systemic therapy, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy and Psychosexual Therapy.
This interactive approach means that Linda can tailor-make a therapy strategy which is most beneficial to the individual or couple, and is not restricted to one form of therapy.
Operating from a specially setup therapy room in Spalford, Nottinghamshire, you will find a comfortable, private and relaxing environment to discuss your problem. Linda has the following qualifications and training to assist you:
