What is premature ejaculation? (PE)

Put simply, premature ejaculation occurs when you achieve orgasm soon after, or even before, putting your penis inside your partner. A feeling you have no control of when ejaculation happens.

Three features are used to decide whether a person has premature ejaculation. These are:

Ejaculation occurs always or nearly always within a minute of penetration
You often have difficulty delaying ejaculation
You find sex frustrating or distressing and tend to avoid it

Linda has a vast amount of experience, and has helped many single men and couples to overcome Premature Ejaculation, so don’t suffer in silence call Linda today.

After obtaining information regarding the history of your problem, Linda will consider the cause and offer an appropriate treatment plan. The treatment plan may include;

Homework tasks
Talk therapy communicating openly about sex
Hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques
Consulting with your GP if a physical problem also exists
Consideration of other techniques eg. The ‘stop/start’ method

Linda can also provide you with some practical advice about sex, such as foreplay techniques, and how to make effective use of other treatments for PE in order to improve your sex life.

How common is premature ejaculation?
